The Apartment
Our 100m2 apartment has two bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. Both bedrooms sleep two guests, with a comfortable double bed in the master and two single beds in the twin room. The main bathroom has a large sink, a toilet, a bidet, a walk-in rain shower and a washing machine. Towels and bed linen are provided. The apartment also boasts a spacious south-facing terrace and private, fenced parking area in front of the property.
The airy kitchen has a modern induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and a large fridge with a separate freezer. The apartment has air-conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi (included), a flatscreen TV (with Netflix) and a soundbar which easily connects via Bluetooth to your own devices.

Marina di Modica is a beautiful place to be. Whether you’re looking to enjoy the sunny beach life in the high season, or the quiet serenity of the area outside the summer months, we would love to welcome you to stay at our apartment.
Besides the stunning, sandy beaches in and around Marina di Modica, the Baroque towns surrounding it are a must see. Cities like Modica, Ragusa Ibla, and Syracuse, amongst other smaller cities, are great – and easily accessible – to visit for dinner in the evenings.

Please bear in mind:
– the minimum stay is 5 nights
– a cleaning fee of EUR 75 for each stay will be added to your booking
– the local city-tax is Eur 1 per person per night and will be added to your booking
– You can cancel your booking free of charge, minus a 5% administration cost, until 28 days before arrival. Cancellations within the 28 days of arrival or a no show will be charged the full amount.
